Dog-Friendly Butterbeer

Inspired by the frothy butterbeer from the “Harry Potter” series, this dog-friendly version skips the cream soda but keeps all the cozy, creamy goodness. Whether you’re celebrating your pup’s birthday, hosting a movie marathon, or just want to share a little magic together, this enchanting treat is sure to make tails wag.

Dog-friendly Butterbeer 

Ingredients 

• ¼ cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt 

• ⅛ cup of dog-friendly bone broth (can substitute water)

• 1 tablespoon pumpkin purée

• 1 teaspoon xylitol-free peanut butter (We use single ingredient or peanut butter made for dogs.)

• 1 tablespoon of unsweetened apple sauce

• 1 tablespoon of dog-friendly ice cream mix (optional) 

• Dog-friendly whipped cream (optional)

Instructions 

1. In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients together except the whipped cream until smooth and creamy.

2. Pour into your pup’s favorite dish or a small mug.

3. Top with a dollop of dog-friendly whipped cream for that perfect butter beer look.

4. Serve immediately to your very excited pup!

You could instead freeze this mixture in silicone molds, and add this as a yummy topper to your dog’s food or give them the frozen butterbeer as a treat.
